Workplace as a Service is for everyone, but when we developed the service, we focused primarily on these things:

Then the service suits you well, we have listened to what you have said and there are many who do not like the standard layout that is common in coffee and copy/print.

This is how it usually is:

You want to be able to drink coffee in the office, because to be able to do so, the normal way is that you take a coffee machine you like on lease, or so-called disability rent.

This means that you sign up for the coffee machine in 3-4 years, the coffee company gets paid from its finance company directly and you then have to pay off the cost of the machine, usually in 36-48 months depending on the cost of the coffee machine.

Then there is a service contract, normally also the cost of delivering and installing the machine.

What happens if you want to terminate the contract in a year?

Yes, then just pay what is left to pay on the contract and the machine then goes back to the coffee company.

We understand why the industry has this setup, but when we decided to make it easier for companies to get a solution for their workplace, we understood that this model cannot be included, after all, it is possible to rent a car for a month.

In our service, there is a contract period for the whole package, no binding period, 6 months notice period + that everything is included such as service, delivery, installation and possible withdrawal.

In addition to that, it is clearly a premium product, at least it is priced that way, it is no secret that real estate companies prefer to see 3, 5, or preferably 10-year leases, so when (their) risk increases, the cost also increases and it is not uncommon with rents of 10,000 SEK/sqm/year, this means that an office of 500 sqm costs over 400 000 SEK/month, a very small niche of companies will probably choose this option over a more cost-effective solution like our customer Co-real estate chose.

Co-real estate sat in such an office and managed to reduce their rental cost by over 40% by moving 300m away so still pretty much the same location and with our Plug & Play solution the total cost was much lower while the services are tailored to them and the service contract only runs for 6 months.

Adaptable?

Of course it does. When we developed the service, we started from the most common services our customers have and in order to be able to give an estimate of price directly, we have based on certain flat values. You can of course customize it to suit you, the idea of the service is that we should be able to adapt to you as far as possible instead of having to adapt to how the service is designed.

But do we need much more?

Yes, we understand that too, and as a total provider of services to the workplace, we probably have the services you are looking for, either in-house or through a partner who also has smart solutions that fit into the same concept.

However, the challenge that we may encounter is that some are not yet ready to offer their services in this way as it poses a great risk to the provider, and that some services are not suitable for 6-month contracts, but where it goes, we are the ones who try, as long as they are serious players focused on delivering modern and sustainable services with high quality.
