XLNT Workplace in numbers 2020-2021

We continue to grow even though the pandemic continued to negatively impact traditional services delivered to the workplace for most of the year.

Serious incidents: 0, which was also the goal, security is something that is very important for us and for our customers, so that we once again achieve the zero vision feels very good.

Personnel turnover: 5%, employee turnover is a figure that can tell a lot, it is a low figure in general and not only in terms of our industry.

For us, this means that we succeed in an important part of our own workplace strategy; being able to attract the right people to XLNT Workplace and that they want to stay.

The fact that we manage to retain key people means that we can offer continuity and develop our offering by continuing to strengthen it through skills development.

NKI: 80 Satisfied-Customer-Index, the target was 80, so we just reached the target. We received very good feedback, but at the same time not everyone was as happy as we had hoped, but we see it as positive that we have much left to develop and improve. Many thanks to everyone who participated and provided valuable feedback, we take note of what you say and will follow up on this year's survey before the end of the year.

NMI: 89 Employee Satisfaction Index, although it is a very good result, the target is very high and the target was at least 90. XLNT Workplace has a vision of not only being the best choice for customers, but also employees'.

Customer Retention: 99.39% is a very high figure that is measured here on an annual basis, customer retention says a lot about what kind of company we are, the high figure means that we retain almost all our customers and that they renew their contracts.

Turnover: 40 Million +25%, we became a Gazelle company for the third year in a row and one of Europe's fastest growing companies according to the Financial Times FT 1000.

CO2 Neutral: Our business is climate-neutral through continued reduction of CO2 emissions in relation to the size of the business and through climate compensation.
