We get a lot of questions about how we sanitize or disinfect Corona (Covid-19), the method we use mainly we developed at the beginning of 2020 by doing research on how Corona was combated in the countries where it broke out and took off before Sweden.

We did research and contacted several different companies that provide technical solutions and various chemicals to combat the spread of infection, finding the right means to use was a little more difficult due to demand and at the same time our own restrictions when it comes to what agents and chemicals are used in our operations and the extent to which we are a sustainable company that is Nordic Swan Ecolabel.

When it comes to the pressure sprayers that we use, we understood early on that we needed a solution that would allow us to disinfect large areas without manual hand application because it increases the risk of cross-contamination while not feeling like the safest option for our employees.

What's so special about the pressure sprayers you use?

In short, the primary reason we use them is because it helps us disinfect larger surfaces in less time while accessing hard-to-reach spaces and using less means. In addition, the agent in the container is charged with a cationic charge, which causes the agent to wrap around conductive surfaces, the nozzle also has several different settings that allow droplet formation to be largely eliminated and the agent comes out in particle form, which makes it easier for the agent to penetrate into certain materials.

Victory Innovations has two different variants of electrostatic pressure sprayers that we use, one is the one shown in the video above, the other has the same function, but is a handheld variant and is not equally suitable for larger works, sometimes we use both as a complement and in some cases where there may be zoning in the workplace the smaller variant can be used if it is not an excessively large area to be disinfected.
